(b) Workopilot acts as a data processor, accessing WhatsApp message content only to the extent necessary to provide AI digital employee services. (c) We access the WhatsApp Business API through a Meta-approved Business Solution Provider (Infobip), which acts as a sub-processor for message transmission. (d) We do not use your WhatsApp data for purposes independent of the services, including not using it to train public AI models. Workopilot's AI digital employees are enterprise-grade applications targeting specific business scenarios, with AI functionality being ancillary rather than general-purpose, in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms.
