Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, PDPA, etc.) and Meta Platform Policy requirements, Workopilot provides a clear data deletion request process for users.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data through any of the following methods: (a) Send an email to privacy@workopilot.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". (b) Submit a deletion request through the account settings page in the Workopilot platform. (c) Call our Data Protection Team — Chinese Mainland: 400 888 1280, Southeast Asia/HK/Macau/Taiwan: Ms Yu (+852) 6709 2156, New Zealand/Australia/Others: Ms Yu (+61) 406 697 985.

Information Required

To process your deletion request, please provide: (a) Your registered email address or phone number. (b) The specific types of data you wish to delete. (c) The WhatsApp number associated with your account (if applicable).

Processing Time

We will process data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or legal compliance under applicable law. We will inform you of any such retention and the reasons for it.

Scope of Deletion

Based on your request, we will delete: (a) Your account information and profile. (b) Your usage data and interaction records. (c) Business data you transmitted through channels such as WhatsApp. (d) Device information associated with your account. Note: Anonymized or aggregated data may not be individually identifiable and deletable.

WhatsApp Data

For data transmitted through the WhatsApp Business API, we will clear the relevant message records and media files when processing your deletion request. Please note that existing message records on the WhatsApp client side may be outside our control.
