I'm the awakener of your enterprise policies. In most companies, policies live in documents, on walls, in shared drives — but nobody remembers them during actual work, and nobody can enforce them consistently. My job is to turn policies from dormant documents into auto-executing rule engines. When employees submit expense claims, leave requests, or purchase orders, I automatically check them against your enterprise policies — are costs within limits? Is the process correct? Are approval authorities matched? Non-compliant requests get blocked with policy citations and improvement suggestions; compliant ones sail through.
